Roast Tomatoes
Simple to prepare, this recipe unlocks the aromatic flavours of Italy and can be served hot or cold, bruschetta-style with sourdough bread.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Carla's Tuscan blend
300g mixed cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
Sourdough bread
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan
Tip cherry tomatoes into a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle Carla's Tuscan blend over the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of fresh black pepper (to taste)
Roast in the oven for 20-25 mins
Serve on your favourite toasted bread and enjoy
